San Antonio, TX

Sunday February 6, 2005

     8:30am  I just woke up. I slept a lot.

1:50pm  I've decided I'm going to leave for the day. I proofread all of August 2003. I'm on July already. Remember I'm going backwards.

2:05pm  I walked down Wickersham to Braun Road and Tezel. I just realized I didn't have my water bottle. I'm going to walk back home. Then I'll just walk to the Citgo and catch the bus going to Medical Center. I was originally going to take my nature hike to the Walmart.

2:35pm  I came back to my mom's house, got my water bottle and I'm off again. To the Citgo.

Jake hooked me up with a cigarette at the Citgo. I appreciate it, brother.

2:46pm  I forgot today was Sunday and the buses run a little different. I said, "Screw it, I'm going to walk to Bo's house and see if he'll smoke me out again." I'm sure he's home. It's Sunday.

I forgot to mention. I was walking down Bowen and all of a sudden I see the bus coming. I run back to the bus stop and the driver waves me on. I don't think he would have cared if I didn't pay, but I put some change in anyway. Like twenty five cents or something.

4:13pm  Neil is hooking me up with a cigarette at the hospital. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit.

4:28pm  I am waiting for the 92 to go to Santa Fe Apartments. Please, Love. Let me get smoked out tonight.

4:42pm  I'm talking to Kevin on the bus and he's got an email address. What is it? viral200@yahoo.com.

4:52pm  Just got off the bus in front of Santa Fe.

4:57pm  Raul hooked me up with two cigarettes at Santa Fe.

Santa Fe was dead, so I caught the bus downtown in hopes there would be some weed at Travis Park.

The park is dead. No weed anywhere, boohoo.

5:45pm  Mr. Rodriguez told me no. Greedy ass! He told me, "You gotta pay."

Hehe, I'm asking all the drivers and I'm calling them all greedy asses.

Oh yeah, the park is dead. I'm going to go back to Santa Fe and see if Leo's home. He wasn't earlier.

Lazaro Esparza on the 92 hooked me up with a ride. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit.

     6:42pm  Back at Santa Fe.

I have to make an update. There was still no weed at Santa Fe, so I went up to the bus stop to try and make it to the hospital by 7:15. I was really hoping I'd get a courtesy ride. Sure enough, the nice lady driver on the 92 hooked me up. Now I'm going to see if I get a courtesy ride on the 610 at 7:15.

6:53pm  6492 hooked me up with a transfer. I appreciate it, brother. Cool!

7:20pm  George hooked me up with a cigarette at the hospital. I appreciate it, brother.

7:38pm  I'm on the 610 going home. I saw this pretty lady in the back listening to headphones. It took me a bit to muster the balls to interrupt her listening, but I got up and did eventually. She totally didn't mind. When I told her she was going to think I was crazy, she said, "Oh no! I don't think you're crazy." I didn't get to tell her my whole story because her cellphone rang and she had to get off on Eckhert and Huebner. When I asked her what she thinks would happen if all the world leaders got together and smoked weed she said, "There wouldn't be any more wars."

7:53pm  Tim hooked me up with two cigarettes at the Citgo.

7:58pm  Right after I got off the bus at the Citgo, I was going to walk home. I stopped at the Citgo and smoked a cigarette I had behind my ear. I saw this hip-looking brother come out and I asked him if he had any weed. He said no, but then this other older dude who had gone in to buy some beer comes out and I noticed he had a couple packs of cigarettes on him. I asked him if he could spare one and he hooked me up with two. His name was Tim. I hit him up for my story and he said he was all ears. I asked him what he thought the world's greatest problem was and he said, "Cutting down the trees and we need to get marijuana legalized." I told him, "Smoke a brother out?" He told me to hop in. He ended up taking me to this house in the neighborhood behind my mom's, which used to be my woods. They were watching the Superbowl in the garage.

8:02pm  Randy is hooking me up with some barbeque at this get-together. I appreciate it, Randy.

9:02pm  Dude, what a twist the night took! My prayer to Love was answered! At the Citgo, right when I got off the bus, I had a cigarette behind my ear, so I smoked that. Some hip dude walked by and I asked him if he had any weed. He just kept walking. Then some other guy who was in there buying beer, he comes out and I hold the door open for him. I saw he had bought a couple boxes and I asked him if he could spare a cigarette. Tim gave me two. I logged his generosity and I said, "Hey, can I tell you what I'm doing?" This guy was hella-ignorant, he wouldn't listen to me at all. He asked me, "Do you need a ride anywhere?" I told him, "Nah, I just live right down the street." I asked him if he'd smoke a brother out and he told me to take shotgun. Then he took me to some party in the neighborhood my woods used to be in. There was some people there watching the Superbowl and they had this yummy barbeque. I showed them my list and stuff. Then me and Tim drove around to smoke some weed. He asked me where did I need to go. I told him I was closer to home at the party. Well, since I was all high off his good weed, I tried to tell him my story. I told him, "I have some really important stuff to tell you, but I need you to listen to me." He said he couldn't driving around so he pulled up next to the sidewalk on my mom's street. I tried telling him my stuff, but he kept jumping in every chance he got. I just started talking real loud and almost yelling at him my stuff. Making him listen. In the end I impressed him. He told me, "If you have the key to overthrowing the matrix, I will listen to anything you have to say." He gave me his card and I'm going to call him tomorrow. He's like forty and has a kid. He was telling me about how his son played Halo and stuff on his computer. I asked him, "Do you pay for all that stuff?" He said sure. I told him I was going to make it so he didn't have to anymore. I'm going to give this guy a call tomorrow.

Everything happens for a reason. Remember, I couldn't get smoked out at Santa Fe, so I said screw it, let me see if I can get a courtesy ride on the 92. The lady driver hooked me up and on the way home I had a good presentation with this one girl on the bus. Then I ended up at the Citgo, it looks like right on time.

Man, I love San Antonio. I love everybody here.

Things happen for a reason. I got stoned and he kicked me down a little bit too. Some good weed. And he gave me like four cigarettes.

Now I'm home and my mom's not here. I'm going to eat me a bowl of cereal and smoke a cigarette, hehe.

                   I love my life.

10:22pm  Oh yeah, my mom just got home and told me that she was talking to my sister on the phone. Laura told her that she had a really bad feeling and to tell me to stay in the house tomorrow. She said it was the same kind of feeling she got when I was in my accident. So, I'm going to follow the signs and stay home tomorrow. I've got work to do anyway. I think I'm going to crash. I'm tired.

Next day..
