Santa Maria to Santa Cruz, CA

Saturday February 10, 2007

11:06am  I woke up this morning around six at the motel room. This black dude walked by and he knocked on the door. I had it cracked for the dog. He looked like some thug walking around with a hoody. He smelled the weed we were smoking and knocked. We told him no at first, but then we called him back and smoked him out. I got to tell him my story this morning. It was a really good presentation. Right after I told him my platform he said, "That's the most interesting thing I've ever heard."
Now I'm going to fly my sign here in Santa Maria. I'm over by the mall. Carol dropped me off. We're supposed to meet at the Salvation Army on Cook Street and Miller at noon. I'm going to go fly my sign around the mall somewhere. Alright, later on.

11:13am  I came up to the corner of Broadway and Cook Street. I'm standing here in front of the Gottschalks flying my WPTMJ sign.

11:16am  Screw that, I went to the other side of the street on the same intersection. Broadway and Cook. Now I'm right in front of the city hall. MARIJUANA!!

11:20am  I'm on the corner of Broadway and Cook Street and Michelle was it? I asked Michelle for a cigarette and she gave me a whole pack! I appreciate it, Michelle. Everybody gets credit, thank you.

4:51pm  I haven't made an update in a long time today. Right now we are going to Santa Cruz. We're going to go visit Brian and Melissa. They live in Boulder Creek. I'm driving right now on 183. I'm driving the car. The Subaru with the Crazy-glue patched radiator still. That's so crazy. I have to give Travis props.

So far we've logged 303 miles on this radiator. It works.

We just entered the artichoke capital of the world. Castroville, California. There's a Castroville, TX close to San Antonio. Alright, that's enough.

Next day..
