7:25am  I just woke up. It started raining hard.

8:00am  I just woke up again.

9:18am  I am still in front of the storefront here. It's still drizzling. I had seen some bums down the way last night. I got up hoping there would be someone who would be able to give me some wake-and-bake. This one guy told me no at first, then he called me back and said he just remembered he had some home-grown! I'm all stoned. I came back to my spot. I am reading a different book I forgot who gave me. It's called The Fountain at the Center of the World. It's way too verbose, too descriptive. It doesn't interest me anymore. I only read like the first thirty pages. I am really glad I had bought that backup tape recorder or I'd have to be writing stuff down. I'm not going to throw my old recorder away, because I can still use it for playback. My back really hurts this morning. I need like a whole week of not hauling these packs around for my back to heal all the way. Hmm, I do have some ibuprofen. I'll take one of those and see if I feel a difference.

I am getting my tee shirts tomorrow. I am so happy.

9:48am  I walked to in front of Amoeba and I'm just standing under the awning keeping dry. I'm cutting out more havethisbook.coms.

10:14am  Rich is being nice enough to roll me a cigarette in front of Amoeba. Everybody gets credit. Thanks a lot.

Oh yeah, earlier this girl walked into Amoeba. Before she walked in I offered her my website and she refused it real quick. I yelled at her, "Damn, have you always been that ignorant? Good little slave." She got offended and turned around and shot me a dirty look. I told her, "I only call people ignorant when they ignore me. See how that works?" She got all flustered and just yelled, "You're crazy!" and walked inside.

12:36pm  Bryan was nice enough to give me a cigarette in front of Amoeba. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit, thanks.

I just had an awesome presentation with David.

Whole Odyssey and all.

Anna was nice enough to give me a dollar for some donuts. I appreciate it, Anna. Everybody gets credit.

Charlie was nice enough to give me a cigarette in front of Amoeba. I appreciate it, brother.

Julie was nice enough to give me a cigarette on Telegraph. I appreciate it, Julie.

Dude I told my story to

3:05pm  Jimmy was nice enough to give me two cigarettes. I only asked for one. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit, thanks.

     6:18pm  With my big tarp

I made an awesome tent at the storefront. It's not raining so hard right now and it is under the eave here, but I've noticed it has some drip spots, but this way I'll stay completely dry. Awesome. What fun.

Oh yeah, tonight I lost my HOOK A BROTHER UP/SMOKE A BROTHER OUT sign. I had that since Ventura.

Next day..
