Truth or Consequences, NM

                   I woke up at around 5:30. I crashed out behind the First Adventist Church. It really sucked because my little Eclipse Mint can with weed in it came out of my pocket and opened up while I slept. I slept on top of my rain poncho. I don't have my backpack or anything. I'm glad I had my rain poncho. I crashed out on this air conditioner thing behind the church. All this weed dust was scattered all over my poncho. I was able to get as much as I could, but I lost a lot of it. That sucks.

     6:17am  I am walking away from the back of the Adventist Church. I'm not that far away from the Shell. I can't believe they called the cops on me yesterday. I don't mind really, pay me attention, please.

     6:28am  Linda, the cashier at the Shell hooked me up with a lemonade refill. I appreciate it, Linda. Everybody gets credit, thanks.

                   I never mentioned, but at the Dukatt tie-dye shop, Jeff started taking all the CD's covering the front of the place off. His place looks all trashy now. I took a picture of it.

     6:56am  I walked all the way to Xochi's Bookstore where Jacob also works. They open at nine. I'll come back at nine and see if Jacob is working and I can get my backpack.

     7:09am  I walked over to the BBQ on Broadway and bought some breakfast.

     7:31am  I got all filled up at the BBQ on Broadway. It's $2.95 for what they hooked me up with last time. It really filled me up. I didn't even eat it all.

     7:48am  Sharon gave me a cigarette as I was walking down the street. I appreciate it, Sharon. Everybody gets credit, thanks. I hit her up for my story but she told me she was on her way to work.

     10:45am  I just woke up from my semi-nap. I didn't sleep that much. I had walked back to Ralph Edwards Park to take a nap, but all the sprinklers were on. I found me a dry patch of grass and put my poncho down.

     11:04am  I smoked a cigarette and some weed. I'm going to walk to Domino's and see if Jacob is working.

     11:30am  That was awesome. Right when I got up from my nap, some kid came up to me and told me, "Hey, I didn't get to hear your story." I started from the beginning and all of a sudden Jeff showed up with some girl. Jeff is that dude who told me he was a prophet last year(7-14-04, 8:11pm).

     11:34am  Leanne, Rogelio and Charles are here giving out sack lunches to everybody in the park. I appreciate it, guys. Everybody gets credit too. They gave me a bottle of water too, thanks.

                     Dan just hooked me up with a cigarette after I ate. I appreciate it, brother. After-meal smoke.

     12:31pm  I had an awesome presentation with this twelve year old girl. Alexandria Lopez. She listened to me great. Her ignorant friend didn't.

     12:51pm  Oh yeah, I walked over to Xochi's, the bookstore where Jacob also works. I talked to Jacob and he told me that he had sent one of his friends to get me last night, but that his friend had seen all these cops putting people in their car. Jacob was all scared I was in jail and that he'd have to bail me out.

     1:04pm  Robert hooked me up with a cigarette. Thanks, Robert.

     1:35pm  I went to take a shit in the bathroom at the park and I tagged Victor the Liberator with a peace sign on the wall. I tagged it on the bench over by the pond too. I had some good presentations there.

     2:13pm  I almost forgot to tell you. I went to the Dukatt place and he got all greedy. When I walked up, he didn't even acknowledge me. I said, "How's it going, Jeff?" He didn't even look at me and said, "Pretty good." I told him, "Great, I was just going to stop by and see if you had any more mess-ups you could hook me up with like you have the past two years." He told me no real quick. Then I told him, "Well, since you are always offering to tie-dye my socks, I was wondering if you could tie-dye my hat." He told me, "I have some made that you could buy. I'm not doing any tie-dying right now." I asked him how much they were and he told me ten bucks. I went inside and looked at them and they didn't seem that great. I told him, "I don't think so because ten is all I have and I want to buy some weed." He said, "Go do that then." He was all greedy. I don't need no stinkin' tie-dyes.

     4:57pm  I am getting a recommendation by Chris and Will. They told me to go to Pismo Beach. Go south from there three miles. Little tiny Mexican town called Oceano. When I get to the stoplight take a right. One block down is this huge lagoon surrounded by pine trees and full of wildlife. Around this thing are all these people who live with no money in their motor homes. Ask for Jimbo who's got long hair and is in an electric wheelchair. He's like 6'5". From Will from T or C.

     5:42pm  Had an awesome presentation at this one house over on Third and Birch. Walking down the street from the park I saw this one kid and offered to smoke him out. We went to that house and unleashed my whole package of stories. I've been telling my stories all day.

     7:05pm  Oh, look where I ended up. Over by Elephant Butte Lake. These people at the Shell station recognized me from before. They had seen me earlier. They asked me what I was doing and I unleashed my story. They invited me to the Rio Grande River to let their dog cool off.

     7:26pm  That was badass, let me tell you what happened. I was at the Shell station and I told this couple my story. They ended up taking me all the way over to Elephant Butte. I have to be back at the Shell for this pizza party tonight that Jacob's been planning. Anyway, I came back to the Shell station and the kids I told my story to at the park were there. All of a sudden this one guy walks by and says, "Hey, I remember you. You're trying to get marijuana legalized. Remember, you told me that last time and I asked you if you wanted to smoke a bowl?" He told me good luck. Good follow-up.

                   I am updating people.

     7:37pm  I'm riding in the car with Jacob and he told me about some place in Arizona called Arcosanti where they are trying to build a city with no cars and growing their own food. That they're trying to create a city full of artists and thinkers. I just have to stop by there this year. Perfect. Jacob says it's either sixty or seventy miles north of either Tucson or Phoenix. I'll find it.

     8:06pm  Jacob came and picked me up at the Shell station. We came back to his house and all his friends came over. We ate good. I'm waiting for them to get back from the store. They went to go buy some rolling papers so we could smoke weed. I am waiting for us to be all high before I start the story. Oh yeah, and Amy got me a cigarette from her Aunt Pam. Her last one.
