Thursday August 6, 2009

7:00am  7.27 hours of sleep. It's awesome. At the end of last night I still had nine dollars and thirty eight cents. I went over to the street kids to get some weed. This one cool dude gave me a handful of change so I could get a dimebag. I'm about to fill up this thirty minute tape.

9:06am  I had a delightful morning at my little camp at The Cascade Community Center. I should take pictures now. I already packed up my sleeping bag. I ate some Chinese food for breakfast. I need to pee. I'm going to find a trash can and find a bottle to pee in.  New stick.

Add to my story, "Alcohol is definetely a part of the disease."

Shit, there's a sign on the door that says they will be closed on Thursday, August 6th. That's today, that sucks. I had some good projects in the morning. I smoked some cigarettes and weed. I'm going to walk to my office over on 4th Street so I can spread my  word some more. I can't do any typing today, that sucks. At least I have a badass campsite in Seattle now. I whittled away at my stick. I filed the handle down real good. I even carved in HAVETHISBOOK.COM in the soft core where I split the stick. I don't know what kind of wood it is, but I have a perfect little hole at the top where a compass would fit perfectly in. The compass is coming soon.

11:00am  I'm going to walk into town now. I'm all loaded up.

11:22am I just hit Pine. Shit, I have to switch out my tapes.

11:52am  About fifteen minutes ago I got to Pine Street.  Display

12:39pm  I just switched out to a new tape. I filled up my 30 minute tape. I hope I am not recording over something I haven't typed up.

                     Me

1:11pm  I just had a great presentation with one of the Save the Children girls, Maggie, from Austin. She listened to me on her smokebreak. Thanks for listening. Beautiful girl.

2:10pm  I have the biggest balls of them all. I just took my last hit of weed right here in front of the Nordstrom's, a cop rode by on his mountain bike right after I had taken a big hit and I was holding my breath. He thought it was a cigarette, he just kept going. I'm hacking up my lungs right now, haha.

2:29pm  Aaron, some guy I met yesterday, he volunteered me a cigarettte. I appreciate it, bro.

4:20pm  Amy read my mind. I was hungry and she just offered me a burrito. I appreciate it, Amy. Everybody gets credit.

Cathy gave me two cigarettes. I appreciate it, Cathy. Everybody gets credit. Thanks a lot.

5:31pm  Shit! My new walking stick just got run over! The tip was sticking out over the curb and a bus just ran it over. I heard the crack and thought, shit.

5:37pm  I can still use it. I filed the end now and it's about 5 inches shorter now. Good thing I had cut if longer than armpit height. Now it's only a little bit shorter than armpit height. It still works, hell yeah.

Another shot of my breast exams sign.

6:25pm  I have a magical update to make. I was spreading my word on 4th and Pine again. Flaco aka Brent showed up. What happened when you met me? See, earlier I gave him my website. He just walked up and I hit him up for my story. He listened good. During my story he was loading up a blunt. He just smoked a brother up. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit.

6:27pm  It was awesome, I just got smoked out rowdy. We smoked a blunt and he gave me a little bud for later. 206-432-2878 www.bodyzoasis.com www.organicvolunteers.com

6:54pm  I am standing in front of this box office here, this big theatre here. There are all these guys at the intersection, hawkers, holding signs that say NEED TICKETS. I set up my display closeby.

See, I had seen this big crowd up the hill on Pine and 9th. I should take a picture.

7:02pm  Jen was nice enough to give me a cigarette in front of the Paramount Theatres. I appreciate it, Jen. Everybody gets credit, thanks.

8:28pm  Ichie was nice enough to give me a couple American Spirits. I apperciate it, sister. Everybody gets credit. Thanks a lot.

Ichie had some beautiful henna tattoos on her palm.

                   My gear

8:59pm  I am still, to this day making people crack up when they see my sign. Everybody is taking my picture. "Best one yet," this one guy told me. Oh yeah, it's really cool how I am still able to use my stick, even though it got shortened because it was sticking over the curb. I think a bus ran over it.

9:09pm  Right now these punk kids who were sitting down trying to get chaneg near me, came up to me and asked me if I minded moving down a little. I told him, "No, I'm not asking for anything. I'm just giving my stuff away for free."

9:10pm  Ti just volunteered me some pretzels. I appreciate it, brother. I was hungry. Everybody gets credit. Thanks a lot. Thanks for feeding the peace machine.

9:45pm  I'm supposed to meet this dude at ten 'o clock when he gets off of work. He's going to smoke me out. I came back to 4th and Pine.

10:37pm  I haven't made an update in a while. I got lost walking around downtown. I'm trying to end up on Stewart from where I know how to get to Cascade to my natural camp.

I'm by the Urban Rest Stop now. I kind of want to stay up late tonight so I'll wake up later because the community center doesn't open until eleven.

10:38pm  Just walked Stewart and turning right on Virginia.

10:59pm  About ten minutes ago I got to my camp at the community center. My natural camp in the bushes.

Next day..
