Hello Mr. Sucre,
     As per my father's request in me contacting you, what are the requirements for me to obtain Panamanian citizenship and the time involved?  I have in my possesion my original birth certificate bearing Franklin as my father.  I also have a valid US passport expiring Apr 6, 2020(if we get that far).  What more will I need?  Expenses?
