  Here is one of my favorite collections of all the beautiful, soul-inspiring(i think i just made that word up) Mariachi classics.  Mariachi Herencia de Mexico(beautiful grito at 1:03!  Another one at 2:57!).  I can and do listen to this one collection over and over for days on end.  I even burned like 50 cds of it to pass out to random people(while there's still cd players around).  

     I LOVE IT and I hope that you LOVE it too.  There is no better introduction to the beautiful and monumentally-powerful force that Mariachi possesses(and has been building up for a lonnnnnng time now.)

   

     Please let Mariachi into your heart.  For the sake of your children.  It's about to work wonders!
