shirts

      Ok, I am going to divulge my gold-mine idea that I've had ever since I started my activism work.  I just have never got around to it.  If I had marketed this years ago I would be swimming in it now.  

     I'm not so certain offhand exactly when(I'll look it up later), but in Boulder Colorado I told my story to some street kids and at the end one mutters,"World peace through marijuana."  I totally picked up on that "download" I was meant to hear and I made that phrase my "name brand."  Those words together really pack a huge eye-opening punch.  It makes everyone think, "Hmm, why not?  What a great formula.  That could actually work!"  

     Either that or "Stupid hippie!"  :]  Way more of the former though.

     First I took a Sharpie marker and a white t shirt and wrote out the phrase.  When I wore it out in public all eyes were glued to me and my mission.  

     Then when I was about 25 or so I walked by this T shirt shop in San Antonio wearing my hand drawn shirt.  I remember the girl's name was Ezrah who worked there and we became friends.  I helped transcribe some things for her and she made me a WORLD PEACE THROUGH MARJIJUANA shirt.  You usually can't get only one custom t shirt made.  They usually have a minimum of 25 or so.  So it was a great trade. I wore my new shirt and walked around town and showed it off and everybody was asking me where they could get one.

     On the back I have it say: "They didn't call them peace pipes for nothing!"  

     So instead of trying to fundraise to start selling these shirts that would make me filthy rich, I am going to just share my secret with everybody.  

     If you don't like attention do not wear one of these shirts, because EVERYBODY is going to see and read it loud and clear and you will be praised everywhere you go wearing such a controversial phrase that the majority of people secretly agree with.  You will make millions if you use this phrase of mine.

          I'm sure there will be other sources of income down my road and I wanted to share this idea freely. 

     If, when they become best sellers it would only be right if I(and everybody else) benefitted from that publicity too.  There are so many ways to spread this delightful meme I AM.  

     The one shirt I have left is pretty raggedy.  It's ages old.  Even has a hole in the right armpit.  If you do make a batch of these shirts, can you donate one or two to me, please?  

MASS PRODUCE WORLD PEACE THROUGH MARIJUANA TEE SHIRTS AND GIVE THEM AWAY.  EVERYONE WILL WANT TO WEAR THEM.  THEY WILL SERVE AS UNIFORMS FOR ALL OF OUR SOLDIERS.  

SELL SOME IF YOU HAVE TO, BUT THE MESSAGE(and my blog address) ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE!
