Delta to Grand Junction to Cameo to Glenwood Springs to Gypsum to Eagle to Vail to Boulder, CO

Monday January 2, 2006

7:20am  Last night I walked highway 50 for a couple miles. Around eleven I crashed behind this building. It was freezing so I only got a couple hours of shivering sleep. Luckily, I walked back a bit further and was able to crash in the cab of an old Ford F7000 that was next to a closed down Phillips 66.

8:19am  I forgot to mention, I walked all the way to the North Delta Market and Deli.

8:57am  Terry is giving me a ride to Grand Junction. Oh, he spells his name Tarey. He suggests I read Earthways by Mary Summer Rain. He says she talks about the same stuff Fawn Journeyhawk talks about.

10:51am  Tarey dropped me off in Cameo at the truckstop. I asked permission to ask for rides, but they said I could only stand outside with my thumb out. So I did and in no time this cool guy Keith picked me up. He gave this other chick who needed a ride one too. Her name was Sue. He is taking us all the way to Glenwood Springs. twistedkidsenterprises@hotmail.com

12:11pm  Hector and Victor are giving me a ride to Gypsum from Glenwood Springs.

12:41pm  Hector was nice enough to take me all the way to Eagle.

1:03pm  Matt picked me up in Eagle. luczkow87@netscape.net

1:32pm  Matt just dropped me off in Vail.

1:40pm  Brendan is giving me a ride, guess where, all the way back to Boulder! Woohoo! I don't even have to stop in Denver! Get this, he lives only three blocks South of Baseline! brendanlynch73@yahoo.com

6:40pm  Oh my gawd. I am really happy right now. I am back home and everything is different. Carol kicked Jared out and Travis took off to deal with his legal issues on the East Coast. Kent, Carol's son is back home too. It was crazy. Everyone in the house got arrested after I left. Carol got all her stuff dismissed. She lost her car. It got impounded and she got a ticket for lost/stolen license plate. That is one of the things that helped me return. Carol is walking now. She like wants to now. She lost ten pounds in Boulder County Jail, which is like a country club. She's really happy and motivated to do all these things. Like get my webpage up. She got all these ideas in jail and couldn't wait to get out and tell me. Everything causing stress at the house has been eliminated and we are free to pursue world peace together. Oh, I forgot to mention, Carol got some money finally from the government. She gave the landlord twelve hundred bucks, so rent is paid. I feel very confident now.

Like I've always said...it's going to happen soon! It was so awesome how I was just delivered to Carol's doorstep today. I got one ride all the way from Vail, two hundred miles away, right to the house on 30th and Baseline. I totally lucked out. It was no coincidence. I am meant to be back.

Next day..
