6:47am I woke around six fifteen in Kali's house. I'll get the address when I leave. I probably won't. She's got a beautiful house. She told me she was a lesbian, or at least she once was. She had a wife. She's really beautiful. Another pixie for me. I got up early. She didn't wake me up. The stereo woke me up with some nice music. She slept on the couch in her living room, so I folded all the blankets for her. She's in the shower right now. I folded the blankets in the room I slept in too.
7:26am I just got dropped off by beautiful Kali. This girl's brilliant. She's thirty six. She makes some cool movies and stuff.
I never told you, Kali has a close eye prescription to me and she had an extra pair she could give me. I'm still using the crappy girl's glasses I got in Ventura after I accidentally shot myself in the face with a flaregun, point blank. I am so happy. I got glasses!
7:45am The 17 bus came. I paid a dollar thirty five. The nice driver let me on for only that. He even gave me a transfer. Awesome
7:57am I just got off the 17 bus over by the cemetery over on 82nd and Holgate. I'm going to wait for the 72 her to Foster Road now. I am going to go to Jeni's and change my socks and put another shirt on. I left my bag there yesterday. Last night was awesome. We went to the bar and hung out and I drank a beer. It was an apple cider. Draft cider.
8:05am Oh yeah, I forgot. Kali hooked me up with a pack of cigarettes and she even gave me ten dollars cash to pay my webpage. That's so awesome. She paid for a whole month of my webpage.
8:25am I just got off at the IHOP over on 82nd and Raymond. I swiped a lot of rolls of toilet paper for Jeni's house. I am going to need a tennis ball pretty soon. I'm going to walk to Jeni's and change. I hope I don't wake anybody up. It's still kind of early. I'll get my stuff and go out and get tennis balls.
8:31am Remember I told you I got some toilet paper at the IHOP? I sat down on the toilet and rolled a lot around this little Gandhi card I had. I think it's Gandhi. I'll read it in a minute. When I left I didn't feel like waiting for the bus so I walked a little more. Hey, there's Free Meyers! Fred Meyers. I went in there hoping they had some toilet paper in the bathroom I could steal. Sure enough, I grabbed two rolls for the house. They're going to be happy at Jenny's. Awesome.
11:57am Oh, I didn't tell you. I was ready to leave Jenny's apartment this morning and the wonderful cook Aaron asked me, "Oh, you're not going to wait for French toast? Because I brought some spiral cinnamon French toast bread home the other night from Henry. He's making potatoes too, so it won't be ready for another hour. I told Aaron, "Okay, I'm just going to go on a walk nearby. I'll be back. Then I got the idea, "Hey, can I take Hank?!" So I'm walking his dog again. Hank's an awesome dog. He's a big black bundle of love. He's walking me, actually. I'm just going where he leads me. We ended up at 109th. I stopped and smoked a cigarette. Hank is leading me back now.
12:45pm Me and Hank got lost. I've been letting him walk me. I've just been jogging behind him. He pulls me fast, so it's a power-walk for me. He's been walking me for more than an hour now. I got to this park where these kids are playing soccer. The big Bloomington Park. We made it all the way to Holgate. I'm walking down 100th now. This guy gave me directions back to Foster Road. He told me it was like a mile. Doubling back. Oh well.
1:51pm Oh, I didn't tell you. I got to Jenny's house. I walked that dog for like an hour and a half. Oh yeah, and Aaron made this badass French toast with the cinnamon bread I brought home from Henry's. It was awesome with bacon. I ate a shitload. Now I'm walking to fly my sign until I get bus fare and go Alberta or something. I don't know.
I walked to where the 14 stops and rests underneath 205. The driver is outside smoking a cigarette. I'm going to ask him if I can have a courtesy hop to 82nd. I'll tell him I'll walk it if I have to.
I did and he told me, "No more free rides." I said, "That's why I asked. Thanks anyway." He quickly told me, "I didn't tell you that you couldn't ride." I just got on the bus. Thanks a lot. That's very generous of you, thanks.
2:04pm I didn't tell you. I walked to 82nd to the bus stop. It's a beautiful day, I should be out walking.
2:49pm The 72 bus driver hooked me and Lightweight up with a ride to Powell. We appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit, thanks.
2:53pm Right when I was making that other entry I ran into Lightweight and what's your friend's name? Penguin. They are friends of Devin and they're crashing at Jeni's house. Right when the bus pulled up I decided I'd see if I could score all of us a courtesy ride and I sure did.
5:11pm I just got off the bus on Alberta. I'm going to walk around here.
6:15pm I have to make an update. I went to the Star E. Rose first and took a shit. I wandered over to the Alberta House at 33rd. Ah, I'm not so pissed off at these guys anymore. They don't know better. When I went there Robin was all complaining that he had to do chores. I volunteered to help and cleaned up all the shit in the back yard. I organized it all on the side of the house for him. I forgive them. I'm not mad at them. Oh yeah, and Turtle got me stoned. Helping them out is the least I could do.
I'm going to go back to the coffee shop. I'm going to stick around until night because on Sundays they give away their old pastries. Beautiful Emily is working. I'm going to go say hi to her.
7:06pm Jacob brought me to his basement and smoked me out. He let me tag the basement wall with WPTMJ with a peace sign and havethisbook.com. People are going to recognize that when they come down here. They'll be all, "Hey, it's that guy from 82nd and Powell!"
Religion is division. There's only one LOVE.
9:04pm I got to tell this other girl that works at the coffee shop my story. She was a very attentive listener. I left off at the army part. The kids are taking over soon!
9:20pm Sumandhi hooked me up with some donuts at the coffee shop. I need to finish telling her my story.
10:18pm I didn't tell you I caught the 72 bus. The fare box was broken so nobody had to pay fare. I'm going to tell these girls on here my story. I don't know.
10:47pm I didn't tell you. I just got off on Foster Road. I had a good presentation with these two girls in the back of the bus. I gave them my webpage. I've been having good presentations all day. I'm going to walk to Jeni's now. I hope it's not too late.
11:40pm I've been back at Jeni's for like half an hour maybe. It's awesome how I have a place to crash, a headquarters. I get to go out and tell my story all day long. I am making it happen, I really am. I don't care if I get killed. I'll fly my sign on the corner every damn day. I don't care. I'm over here by Foster for a reason. I am working hardcore here. Every single day. Everybody is going to know me around here. Then I'm going to go back to San Antonio and spread it there. It's going to be awesome with how I have evolved. I'm going to be on Loop 410 and Fredericksburg flying my WPTMJ and havethisbook.com sign. It'll be awesome.
