Arcata, CA

7:05pm I just switched out to this new tape I bought not too long ago. I'm in Arcata. I just got done with my laundry. This wingnut chick was there. She was just loitering in the laundromat not doing nothing'. I tried to tell her my story, but she kept accusing me of doing shit. Man, whatever.
She was a pretty wingnut girl though. She was pathological.
8:24pm Goodness just walked up to us and said, "Hey, you guys need some ganja-food?" Hell yeah, bro. He's going to serve these other guys too. Thanks a lot, Goodness. Thanks for living up to your name.
9:53pm Haha, right now this black dude, I tried to hit him up for my story. Him and his girlfriend were listening at first, but then they started interrupting. I was all, "Hear me out and all questions will be answered." He got all mad and said, "That's why I am walking away. Because every time I try to say something..." I cut him off and said, "That's why I asked you if you would listen to my story. You had agreed to, remember? Thanks for proving me right, ignorance is bliss," and I was the one who walked off.
I was just testing you. You failed.
10:10pm Man, that dude totally proved me right. He was argumentative from the beginning.
10:49pm I haven't been making too many entries lately. It was pretty cool, these kids walked by with a pizza box and I asked if they could spare a slice. They told me they had left these cheese fries in front of the surf shop. I couldn't find the surf shop, so I turned on some random street and lo and behold, the street I turned on, those kids ended up driving by in a car and saw me. I asked them, "Where's the surf shop?" They even hooked me up with a big ass slice of pizza! Hell yeah. I went and found the cheesefries and went and shared them with everybody in the plaza. Now I'm going to walk to the 7th Street bridge. Just in case it rains. It rained last night. I have to walk the shoulder of the highway, since they closed off the holes in the fence.
11:48pm Stupid me, I was trying to find the onramp to walk to the 7th Street bridge. I found this little hidden alcove, this little cubbyhole in the bushes. I put my tarp down and I thought I was going to crash there, but it was way too loud. I guess I am going to walk all the way to Somoa, where I have been camping every night. Hope it doesn't rain.
