8:50am I woke up around six or seven this morning. I didn't do much. I have my Willie Nelson shirt on. Oh yeah, Karen just smoked me and Andrew out on the back porch. I like Karen. Andrew is playing around with this hammer that he says he's going to use to open up a can of beans. Anyway, I am planning the day out, even though I don't usually plan things. I'm going to make me a peanut butter sandwich and put it in my bag and go to school and spend all day there again, like I did yesterday. I'll go for like five or six hours again. Then, I'll hang out with Gretchen tonight. It'll be cool.
9:20am I am leaving for my big day at school. I have a sandwich in my bag. I'm going to go spend the whole day at school. I even have a couple hits of weed for my lunch break, thanks to Karen. She hooked me up.
9:30am I just got to the Joseph R. Skeen library.
4:55pm I am almost back home. I forgot to tell you that I had a damn good day. I had a nine to five day. I saw Gretchen when I was leaving and she said she'd stop by the house, The Black Hole after six. I hope she knows exactly where it is. When I told her about it she was all, "Oh, the one with the basement?" She's been here once before, I think.
6:03pm I'm out here standing in front of the house waiting for Gretchen. I have nothing else to do. I'm just sitting here thinking. I am so happy with Socorro. I've got nothing to worry about. I have a place to stay, The Black Hole. I feel so welcome here because I clean so much. Every day I'm doing the dishes. They thank me all the time. I get to bum cigarettes off them. I can eat whenever I want. I took me a sandwich to school today. It's all just great. It's a little commune. I'm cleaning for them. I'm cleaning hardcore. You had to wade through it before. I wish I would've taken pictures.
I need to find a thrift store in this town. I have a big hole in my cargo shorts. I'll go into a thrift store and tell them, "I'm on a mission to bring world peace with the Internet. My shorts are dying. If you guys have some, can I have them?" I'm all stoned.
7:13pm I'm still standing out front doing nothing. I called Gretchen, the number she gave me. She says she was coming over with some friends and I told her okay. Dumb me, I should've asked Pat if it was cool if she came over. I have to find Pat and ask him.
7:42pm Ross gave me a cigarette. I appreciate it, Ross. Everybody gets credit. Ross is in the army and will be deployed to Iraq soon.
7:50pm Caleb just hooked me up with all these fries. Badass, I'm hungry.
8:25pm Caleb hooked me up with a cigarette just out of the blue. I didn't even ask him for one.
Caleb is hooking it up one more time with a cigarette. I appreciate it, brother.
