1:27pm Carol: "These kids kicked us down
some weed yesterday. We picked them up in Eureka and brought them to Arcata. We
didn't get their names, but they gave us their emails. We took them to The
Endeavor in Arcata. They are from Eugene and were visiting Humboldt for the
first time. Victor freaked and told them, "You came to Humboldt for the first
time and came straight to Eureka?! Eureka is not the town to remember Humboldt
by, trust me." Eureka is horrible, so we took them to Arcata. We took them to
The Endeavor and we had a hot lunch. It was really good. Victor had a great
presentation with them. These Buddhist kids listened to a good part of it. We
ate lunch and we left there. We dropped them off on the 101 North onramp. Before
that she was looking at my bag of goodies that I try and sell. She bought a
necklace and a box for her mom. I told her whatever. I asked her to trade for
weed, but they didn't have enough. She gave me ten bucks. Victor and I came to
Redwood Park. It was so beautiful. I got to see where we hung out that night, in
the daytime. Yeah, and I'm all pissed off about how the police are wasting
taxpayer's money going around waking up homeless people. There are things way
more important than that. I really can't wait to get the hell out of here, but
Arcata is beautiful. This is such a pretty, pretty place. There is a really good
energy here. It's a beautiful vibe. There are a lot of people on higher
vibrations here. Anyway. right now we are going to go downtown and walk around
and try to find the sign advertising the free movie that we're going to go watch
about methamphetamines. I want to document that, because that's going to be
worth documenting. We saw it on a window. We need to get some pizza. We're going
to go to the Arcata Pizza and Deli. What a really groovy day with all these
blessings. Yesterday was the same way. We got weed, we got pizza. It's
beautiful. It was a lot of fun. Arcata rocks. Everything is being provided to
use by the universe. We put our energy out there too. We've made efforts to make
it work and it's come back around.
4:46pm We came to Arcata and parked in
front of the Vintage Avenger shop. We're going to go inside and patron the
store. Go look around. It's cool we had ten bucks and we went and got pizza. I
am having fun in Arcata.
7:09pm We picked up this hitchhiker who
ended up smoking a lot of resin with us at Clam Beach. We just hauled ass to
Eureka to catch this free meth movie. We're late though.
8:13pm We just left that meth movie. I
walked out early because it got really boring. It was still interesting, though.
I just wanted to mention that today I ran into this girl at the Arcata Pizza and
Deli. The girl who always wanted my candy-kid bracelet. I forgot to mention
that. She asked me, "Were you the one with that bracelet a long time ago?" I
told her, "Yeah, I just lost it in Sebastopol not too long ago. I wore that
thing for a long time." (9-8-03,

9:27pm Adrian was nice enough to give me a
cigarette in front of Mosgo's. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit,
thanks.
9:42pm We cleaned the car right here in
the parking lot. We washed the car with a big bucket of window detergent and
some toilet paper. We wiped the car down. Now it's a clean death machine.
