8:19am  Let's see, I burned a backup and I'm going to take off for the day. I got chores to do today. I have to go to the Health Department today and get my results. My mom gave me ten dollars. Argh, I have a hole in my pocket. That sucks! And these are brand new shorts. That sucks. Today I'm going to go and get the results for my blood screening, then I'm going to to go to the Quarry Market and buy a Nalgene bottle since I lost mine the last day of February. I'm going to take my stick with me. I don't care.

It sucks, my tape recorder broke last night. It dropped out of my pocket and hit the ground. The door flew off.

8:22am  I'm already at the Citgo. Right when I was leaving my house, my neighbor JC was leaving for school and he gave me a ride to the Citgo. Good, now I can wait for the Ingram-bound bus and see what the letter of the day is.

8:26am  Guess who just pulled up at the Citgo while I was waiting for the bus. Bo, in his truck. He asked me where I was going and I told him I had to go out to the Quarry Market to buy a new water bottle. He told me he would give me a ride, but that he wouldn't take me all the way to the Quarry. That's awesome. I'm in the back of his truck right now. When he pulled up he was all, "We were just talking about you, Victor."

Man, look at the synchronicity this morning. If I hadn't walked out right when I did, I wouldn't have gotten a ride to the Citgo from JC and I would have still been walking by the time Bob passed by.

9:38am  We're leaving Bob's. Bob and his dad Bill are going to get me pretty close to the Quarry. Right where I need to go. We're going to go dump this trailer full of brush.

We have arrived at the brush recycling center. Right next to the Quarry.

10:10am  Man, I just got dropped off over on Basse Road, very close to the Quarry Mall. Right where I needed to go. Damnit, they took off and didn't give me a chance to grab my walking stick. Oh well, I guess I am not meant to have it here. It's all part of the plan. I'll get it back from Bob later.

Man, I still think it's so awesome how I just left this morning and got a ride to the Citgo and then Bob picked me up and brought me all the way over where I needed to go. Oh cool, they're coming back with my stick.

11:01am  I just bought my Nalgene bottle again. It was like $10.70. I had a ten dollar bill and forty five cents. The bitch cashier was all, "Oh, but it's $10.72 though." I told her, "What? You're going to give me a hard time over twenty seven cents?" She was all, "Okay, I'll cover you."

11:07am  I just came out of the Firebowl Cafe. Refilled my new bottle. I took a piss. Now I'm going to go over to the bus stop in front of the Clear Channel headquarters and smoke a cigarette and smoke some weed. I should've walked downtown for lunch.

11:20am  I am walking away from the Quarry Mall. I'm walking along some street that runs parallel to the highway. 281, I think. I turned left on this street.

11:32am  I walked through these trails and hopped over a barbwire fence. I cut through this trail and ended up at some park. I have to hop over this log and go underneath a tree.

                     Brackenridge Park, I believe.

11:42am  I ended up on Contour. Primera Drive and Contour.

12:10pm  I just walked to McCullough. Turning left.

12:30pm  I came over to this bench close to the French Place and McCullough. I'm going to sit down and smoke some weed and smoke a cigarette. I see the bus coming. I'll ask the driver, "Hey, can I get a ride downtown? I'll walk it if I have to."

The greedy ass driving the #5 told me no.

12:48pm  They told me no at some restaurant I couldn't understand on my recording. They gave me the old manager isn't here line.

1:00pm  I was walking down McCullough and saw this old guy with a white beard. An ambulance passed by and the guy saw me give it the peace sign, like I always do. This guy called me over. He's a big Jesus freak. He had a big sticker on his van. I tried telling him my stuff, but he wouldn't listen at all. He was all telling me, "You think you're the Messiah." I'm going to keep walking downtown.

In the end I told him, "The whole world is cashed. I'm going to load another bowl."

That guy was a liar. Err, I mean lawyer. He works for Satan. Actually, he gave me his card. Mr. David Michael Butler, Attorney and Counselor at Law. 1801 San Pedro Avenue, 210-733-3773

1:22pm  I walked downtown to Travis Park.

1:30pm  Right now I was walking right before the NIX Hospital. Some kid came up to me and said, "Hey Victor! I saw you at Marleyfest." Like two years ago.

1:38pm  These greedy ass Mexicans at the restaurant next to the Health Department told me no. She told me, "My boss isn't here right now." Booshit.

2:18pm  I am all clear at the Health Department.

2:29pm  I ran into James in the park. What's your story, James?

James: "Victor man, two weeks ago I was chilling in the magistrate's office in the holding cell. It was just me by myself. They had me for public intoxication. I looked up and I noticed on top of the cell it said real big VICTOR THE LIBERATOR. I started laughing and laughing deliberately, dude. This lady came in and asked, "What's so fucking funny?" I told her, "I know this motherfucker." She told me, "Oh, so you think it's funny that someone vandalized our property?" Then they took me in this room and kicked my ass. I was still laughing the whole time. I thought I would just stop to tell you, Victor. That was hilarious dude!"

Victor: "That's what I put it there for."

James: "I was just sitting there. I was drunk and I looked up and bam, Victor the Liberator. I still don't know how you did that, dude."

Victor: "It was easy. With my thumbnail."

3:13pm  I ran into these two kids in the park. What were your names? Gina and Tim. I told them my story, but they don't have time. What's your email? jabberbox86@hotmail.com

3:23pm  Tim hooked me up with a transfer for the bus. I appreciate it, brother. The kid I told my story to, with the girl.

Jok hooked me up with a quarter for a transfer. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit, thanks.

5:13pm  I am at Santa Fe. I'm going to go say hi to my pixie.

6:07pm  I got on the 92 with my expired transfer and the driver let me on.

6:32pm  Haha, I'm at the hospital now. I got off at the first stop and went to the tennis courts to look for tennis balls. I walked around the court and I saw one on the ground. I just walked up and grabbed it. Then I hear this guy from inside calling, "Hey, thanks a lot. That's my ball." I told him, "Can I have it for my stick?" He told me, "I'll give you a dead one." He fished out a bad one for me and I gave his back.

6:50pm  Mr. Delacruz told me no. Greedy ass.

He all told me, "I've seen you a couple times now."

6:55pm  I just hit this guy walking by up for my story. I asked him if he was willing to listen and he told me, "No, I don't think so."

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. Right when I got off the bus at the hospital some guy recognized me. He told me, "Hey, do you remember me? You met me at Walmart." Curtis, I think his name is. I didn't really remember him, but I told him I could look it up.

7:13pm  The greedy bastard told me no on the last 610. He said, "You don't have any money? We're not supposed to do that." I told him I was just testing him and that his greedy ass failed, hehe. I'm going to wait for the 91 and ride out to West.

7:30pm  I had this one girl captivated here at the hospital. When her bus came, the 604, right when I started my odyssey, I told her, "If the driver gives me a courtesy ride, I'll finish my story." Hehe, she saw me call the driver a greedy ass.

AJ hooked me up with a cigarette at the hospital. I appreciate it, brother. Everybody gets credit, thanks.

7:39pm  The 534 pulled up and good 'ol Mr. Cardenas was driving. I got me a couple transfers. He tore them off for me real quick.

7:40pm  I'm going to jump on the 603.

8:07pm I got off on Huebner and Fredericksburg. I'm going to go in the Jack in the Box and take a piss.

Oh, I didn't tell you. I'm walking down Prue Road. I'm all stoned. I'm almost to Babcock already.

9:00pm  I am at Babcock now. I wonder where I'll score food at. I can check at the Chevron and see if that guy is still working at the Subway. He always hooks me up if he sees me(2-17-04, 10:26pm and 1-6-05, 7:45pm). It's probably too early to go to Pizza Hut and ask them.

That guy wasn't working at Subway. Screw it, I'm going to walk home. I'll just get something to eat at my mom's house.

10:00pm  I just came out of OP Schnabel Park. On Bandera/Braun Road. In front of the Exxon.

10:22pm  I went in the Exxon after I walked through the park. I saw this girl and thought about hitting her up for my story. When she came out I sure enough did and she listened to me. I told her my platform. Then I asked her, "Can I get a ride home? Not that far." On the ride home she actually asked me, "Do you smoke weed?" We're going to go smoke a bowl! I appreciate it, Debbie.

10:26pm  Debbie dropped me off near her house. She's going to come back with some marijuana and pick me up again. Jason just walked by and he gave me a cigarette. I appreciate it, brother.

11:57pm  Oh, I have a good update to make. I had an awesome little magical adventure. At the Exxon I met this girl. I was smoking a cigarette I got from my friend Matt who works there. I saw this hip-lookin' girl get out of her car. I asked her if I could tell her my story and then I asked her for a ride home. She was just about to turn onto my mom's street and I told her, "Well, it's been a pleasure, Debbie . . . unless you've got some weed to smoke." She slams on the brake and says, "Alright, let's go smoke." We came over by her house, she dropped me off on the corner, some guy walking around the neighborhood gave me a cigarette, she came back for me with the weed and her friend and I was able to blow her friend's mind with my story. Her friend was all interested in my story. I had a great, productive night, yes I did.

Next day..
